In the meantime, the induced voltage of a hysteresis motor 6 is detected via an insulat ing transformer 17, and is converted to motor rotational-frequency signal by a pulse generation circuit 14 and a voltage converter 15. From a limit control circuit 16, the output of signal is generated when the amount of the output signal of the voltage converter 15 is equal to or more than a specified amount. As a result, the output signal of the voltage command circuit 11 is set to be of the amount of the output signal of the frequency command circuit 7 with the output signal of the limit control circuit 16 subtracted there from.

    • PURPOSE:To increase a vibration-damping force, by a method wherein a space, in which magnetic fluid is sealed, is formed in a part of the magnetic flux passage part of a non-magnetic conductive body mounted to a magnet on the stationary side. CONSTITUTION:A space 7, sized to be wider than a width W of a permanent magnet 5, is formed in a part of the magnetic flux of a non-magnetic conductive body 6 mounted to a magnet 5 on the stationary side positioned opposite to a magnet 2 on the rotary side, and a magnetic fluid is sealed in the space 7. When a rotary shaft 1 is vibrated, the magnet 2 on the rotary side is vibrated togetherwith. Accompanying with movement of the magnet 2 on the rotation side, the magnetic fluid 8 in the space 7 is moved to one side, and a wide change in magnetic flux density in the non-magnetic conductive body 6 is produced. This causes a large eddy current to flow through the non-magnetic conductive body 6, and provides a magnetic bearing device having a high vibration-damping force.
