摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of the corrosion resistant thermally sprayed metal film system by improving the potential distribution and the execution workability in the conventional corrosion resistant thermally sprayed metal film system, and to provide a concrete-steel structure protected with an inexpensive impressed current protection method. SOLUTION: A film electrode to be used for an impressed current protection system which is coated on the surface of a concrete-steel structure is coated on the surface of the concrete-steel structure. The film electrode is constituted of a composite film electrode which is comprised of a first film layer 1 which is a corrosion resistant thermally sprayed metal film subjected to activation treatment and a second film layer 2 which is a metal film coated on the first film layer 1 and has a high electro-conductivity. The first film layer has a thickness of 30-90 μm. The second film layer is fabricated by thermal metal spraying while adjusting its thickness to be in the range of 50-250 μm and is composed of one or two or more selected from aluminum, copper and alloys thereof.

SOLUTION: Anchor bolt holes 2 are drilled on a track bed concrete 1 and holding bolts are inserted in installation bolt holes 5 to adjust the height, and further, an elastic material 6 such as synthetic rubber or the like is attached to the underface and a simple form is installed to place adjusting mortar 7. An anchor bolt 8 is inserted into the anchor bolt hole 2 of the track bed concrete 1 and a quick-hardening anchor filler is injected to fix the bolt. A wedge for fixing the anchor bolt is inserted and fixed between the anchor sleeper 3 and the anchor bolt 8. In this way, only the horizontal load of the anchor sleeper 3 can be supported by the anchor bolts. Hance, a small scale of exchanging work in a slab track section can be easily and rapidly carried out.

SOLUTION: An H-steel 1 is inserted into about a half of a box joint 10 at a factory or a site, and the flange of the H-steel and the mating section A of the box joint 10 are connected to form the stretch section 5 of the joint 10. An adhesive is preferably used for the connecting method in view of easiness in execution. An H-steel 2 to be connected is inserted into the stretch section 5 of the joint 10 at the site, and the end section of the H-steel 2 is butted to the end section of the H-steel 1. The box joint 10 serves as a guide at this time, and positioning between steel strips can be made together when the H-steel 2 is merely inserted. An acrylic adhesive is filled in the voids between the inner face of the joint 10 and the steel strips to integrate them, and the connection is completed.

It is preferable to disperse the stresses by applying or charging a filling material like a cement material or a resin material in the clearance between the contact faces of the wide flange shape steel 1 to integrally join the wide flange shape steel and the joint. In this way, the connecting time of one joint can be reduced to several minutes or so.

And one end thereof is connected to a winch 9 and the other end is fixed at the position P of the opposite side to the winch 9, against the reinforcing frame 2. And then, the wire 8 is wound up by the winch 9. Both reinforcing frames 2, 2 are turned upward around the pins 6a and erected on the ground and then they are positioned to butt each other and connected together.

When the protruded joint 20 is inserted completely into the recessed joint 10, the opening is recovered by the spring action. By this, the hooking protruded parts 10a and 10b of the recessed joint 10 are hooked to the extended protruded parts 20a and 20b of the protruded joint 20 and, therefore, even if a parting force acts on them, they will not be extracted completely. Thus working can be performed without being affected by working environment, and the workability can be increased.
