摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a signal for stopping an FF type burner when a flue is disconnected from the main body of the FF type burner, by a method wherein the flue is electrically conducted through the FF type burner while the existence of electric current is detected. CONSTITUTION:When a flue 1 is disconnected from the main body 3 of an FF type burner, electrical conduction between the main body 3 of the burner and the flue is interrupted and electric current fails to flow. Then, a light emission diode for a photocoupler 11a does not emit light and a phototransistor is kept off. Accordingly, the output of the photocoupler 11a becomes equal to a power source voltage Vcc substantially and the level of the voltage becomes a level to be judged to be an 'H' level at logical level even though the level is somewhat reduced when the signal is smoothed by a smoothing capacitor 11c. The 'H' level signal is inverted by an inverter circuit 11c and is inputted to CPU 12 from a current detecting circuit 11 as an 'L' level signal. The CPU 12 decides that the flue 1 has been disconnected from the main body 3 of the burner and controls to stop the operation of the FF type burner.
