The 1st transceiver T10 receives a data signal DT0 including the data component of 10[MHz] and a collision information component of 17.6[MHz] outputted to a transmission line DL to separate the data component and the collision information at all times and discriminates the idle state of the transmission line DL by detecting the presence of the collision information component and transmits/receives data signals DTIN, DT0 with the transmission line DL in case of idle state.

    • PURPOSE: To maintain the temp. of varnish in a varnish tank at a fixed temp. by forming a heating medium tank to the inside and outside of the varnish tank and surrounding the varnish tank and feeding the varnish from an external varnish source to the varnish tank through the external heating medium tank.
      CONSTITUTION: The varnish feeding device 1 comprises a varnish tank 2 for storing the varnish with controlled temp., an inside and outside heating medium tank 3, 4 controlled independently of its temp. and surrounding successively the tank 2, and a conducting pipe 6 for feeding the varnish from an external source 5 for the varnish to the varnish tank 2 through the outside heating medium tank 4. A tank 3 is used for controlling the temp. of the varnish in the varnish tank 2. A tank 4 is used for controlling the temp. of the varnish at the inlet of the varnish to the varnish tank 2 by heating the conducting pipe 6. By this constitution, the temp. of the varnish from the external varnish source 5 is controlled and the varnish is supplied thereafter to the separately temp.-controlled varnish tank 2.

    • PURPOSE:To enlarge the range of brake torque by providing a drum with a disc, braking the disc by means of plural caliper devices, and controlling the caliper devices by a control unit through a reducing valve connected to a pressurized air source. CONSTITUTION:A liquid caliper device 2 is adapted to brake a disc 1 by liquid pressure, and a gas pressure caliper device 3 is adapted to brake the disc 1 by gas pressure. Further there are provided a reducing valve 4 connected to the devices 2 and 3, a control unit 5 connected to a control opening 4a of the valve 4 and a pressurized air source such as a compressor 6 or the like which is connected to the primary side P of the valve 4 to put pressurized air into the primary side of the valve 4. This arrangement can enlarge the range of a brake torque so as to apply brake torque to various sizes of core wires with one device.

    • PURPOSE:To measure a liquid level, by providing a long probe and a probe having a predetermined length in a conductive cylindrical body receiving a liquid and gas, and measuring electrostatic capacity between each probe and the cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:Water W and nitrogen gas N are received in a conductive cylindrical bridge pipe V, and a long probe 1 and a short probe 2 are provided in the bridge pipe V. Not only electrostatic capacity between the probe 1 and the bridge pipe V but also that beween the probe 2 and the bridge pipe V are measured by an electrostatic capacity measuring apparatus 3 while the results measured by the measuring apparatus 3 are inputted to an operation apparatus 4. The level of the liquid is calculated from the length of the probe 1, the predetermined length of the probe 2, the dielectric constant epsilon1 of the liquid and the dielectric constant epsilon2 in addition to the electrostatic capacity of each probe. This mechanism can correspond even to the abrupt change in the pressure of gas.
