The packet is stored in a memory 38 through a direct access memory 37 and then sent to a repeating transmission line 11 through a repeating packet 29. The memory 38 stores the received signal and then the processor 36 confirms the VD information. If the VD information is data information, the information is retransmitted when the fault of transmission is detected, but the voice information is not retrasmitted because of high redundancy even if the fault of transmission is detected, and is transmitted to a voice packet part 14 and then a telephone terminal 5.

The control section LCNT stores a folded signal to the device DKU. The central controller CC collates a voice signal read from the device DKU with the folded signal.
