摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure automatic wiring even for a substrate having a poor flatness, by lowering a measuring bit, which is provided in a holder so that it can be moved up and down, by a motor, measuring the amount of descent to the substrate to be wired, thereby making the interval between a tool and the substrate constant. CONSTITUTION:A slider 8 is inserted into a guide 9, whic is moved up and down by a motor M. To the tip of the slider 8, a measuring bit (tool) 6, which is provided with a blade 6a that is used for a cutting and wire pushing, is attached. A spring 11 and a nut 12 are provided on the upper side of the slider 8. The bit can be moved up and down. At first, the guide 9 is lowered to the place where wiring is performed by driving the motor. After the bit 6 has been contacted with a pad 4, the slider 8 is moved upward with respect to the guide 9. The tip is detected by a photo sensor 16, and the amount of descent is detected. By the same way, the amount of descent of each point of wiring is detected, and the amount of descent of the tool 6 is controlled. Thus the automatic wiring is ensured even for the substrate having poor flatness.
