    • PURPOSE:To obtain an antibacterial metal sheet material and a metal sheet which are highly safe to a human body and an environment as well as have almost no antibacterial activity lowering and also have an antibacterial activity persistence by applying a resin containing an antibacterial agent and a stainproofing agent added and mixed to the surface of a metal sheet to make a material for processing at a later stage. CONSTITUTION:This antibacterial steel sheet consists, for example, of a coating resin 2 of acrylic resin applied and dried on the surface of a 0.8mm-thick steel sheet 1. The coating resin 2 contains a stainproofing agent 4 consisting of a tetrafluoride resin powder with an average particle diameter of 15mum and an antibacterial agent particle 3 of silver silica gel. Thus, the antibacterial particle 3 added and mixed with the resin 2 prevents microbes from proliferating, and the stainproofing agent 4 added and mixed with the resin 2 prohibits the attachment of microbes. The abrasion of the surface of the resin 2 allows the antibacterial agent particle 3 and the stainproofing agent 4 to appear constantly on the surface.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an optimum atmospheric humidity by forming a receiving recess in the ceiling of a vegetable chamber for a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:A receiving recess 30 is formed in the ceiling 20 of a vegetable chamber 10 for a refrigerator while a humidity regulating material is received in the recess 30. The humidity regulating material is constituted of a structural member 2, a humidity keeping member 3 and a hydrophilic member 4. In this case, a sheet type moisture permeable material, consisting of polyester fiber non-woven cloth of the structural member 2, is arranged and a high-polymeric absorbing body is bonded to the non-woven cloth of the moisture permeable material as the moisture keeping member 3. The hydrophilic member 4 or silica gel is arranged hear the high-polymerized absorbing body. Thiosulfato silver complex comprising silver acetate and silver thiosulfate is adsorbed into the silica gel as anti-fungus agent. According to this method, the inside of the vegetable chamber 10 can be kept at a given humidity in all times.
