    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having heat fusibility, excellent in antistatic capacity and transparency even under low humidity environment, and a package produced by the thermal fusion processing of the laminate. SOLUTION: A laminate is obtained by laminating a heat seal layer on one surface of a resin film substrate layer and a conductive layer on the other surface thereof and the conductive layer contains an acicular conductive filler. The conductive layer is formed by coating the substrate layer with a binder resin having acicular antimony doped tin oxide, wherein a major axis particle size is 0.2-2.0 μm, a minor axis particle size is 0.01-0.02 μm and a particle size ratio of major axis/minor axis is 20-30, dispersed therein. Since the conductive layer contains fine acicular antimony doped tin oxide, stable and good conductivity not depending on humidity can be developed in the laminate. Since particles of antimony doped tin oxide are easy to contact with each other even in a reduced addition amt. as compared with a case using a conventional spherical conductive filler, this laminate is excellent in transparency.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a cover tape of superior bonding properties when a polystyrene carrying tape is heat sealed and also provided with superior antistatic properties and transparency. SOLUTION: A cover tape is formed of at least a biaxially oriented resin film layer 5, a heat sealant layer 4, and an antistatic layer 3 laminated successively, and the heat sealant layer 4 is composed of ethylene copolymerized resin, and the antistatic layer 3 is formed of a layer in which an antimony dope oxide tin having the 0.2-2.0 μm long axial direction particles and the 0.01-0.02 μm axial direction particles and also having the 20-30 particle diameter ratio between the long axis and the short taxis is dispersed in the ethylene copolymerized resin.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a laminate having superior antistatic property and characteristic, and a lid material combining a stable adhesiveness, good peelability and excellent antistatic effect by providing a static despersive layer consisting of conductive minute grains and a binder on one surface of a heat seal resin layer. SOLUTION: A heat seal resin layer 2 forming a heat seal layer 1 is made up of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, a hotmelt adhesive consisting mainly of olefin, elastomer or the like, etc. The static dispersive layer 3 formed on one surface of the heat seal layer 1 is made such that coat liquid with minute grains such as conductive minute grains of tin oxide or the like or minute grains such as an organic silicone compound dispersed in a vehicle is coated by a gravure reverse method. The conductive minute grain have preferably a primary average grain diameter of, e.g. 0.01-10 μm, and can form a laminate having a rate of surface resistance of 10 -10 Ω/square. Material used for a binder of the static dispersive layer 3 is preferable to be polyester, urethane, acrylic resin or the like.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a wet developer capable of ensuring tighter bonding of carbon black to a resin, not causing image blurring, more excellent in dispersion stability and capable of giving a smooth image at the time of development and to further provide a wet developer excellent in dispersion stability of toner particles because of improved wettability with a dispersive medium and fit for electrophotography, electrostatic printing and electrostatic recording by using a copolymerized resin excellent in affinity for the dispersive medium. CONSTITUTION: Particles of a copolymerized resin consisting of two or more kinds of monomers and including a colorant are dispersed in an electric insulating dispersive medium to provide the objective wet developer. Each of the particles consists of a core part insoluble in the dispersive medium and a shell part wrapping the core part and soluble or swellable in the dispersive medium. The colorant is carbon black surface-modified with an aliphatic polyamine and the copolymerized resin has hydroxy or carboxyl groups.
