摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a lining film of a desired film thickness on the corner simply in good productivity without using excess resin powder by increasing the amount of fused resin at the corner to a value larger than that at the remaining area by heating the corner to a temperature higher than that of the remaining area. CONSTITUTION:When a resin lining is applied to the rotor of a Roots blower, the rotor 1 is placed in a fluidized tank 8, and a high-frequency current is applied to an induction heating coil 9. The rotor is inductively heated and the surface temperature of the rotor 1 rises. When the surface temperature exceeds the melting temperature of the resin powder, the resin powder fluidized is brought into contact with the surface and melted by heating to form a resin layer on the rotor surface 1. Owing to the proximity effect caused by the induction heating coil 9 being the nearest to the corner 1C of the rotor 1, magnetic fluxes are concentrated on the corner 1C to raise the temperature of the corner 1C higher than that of the remaining area, so that a larger amount of resin melts and adheres to the corner 1C. Therefore, a lining film of a desired film thickness can be formed on the corner without using excess resin powder.
