摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle abnormality detection system that can accurately detect the abnormality of a suction nozzle and can easily cope with the changing (correction) of abnormality detection points for detecting the abnormality thereof. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a flow sensor 1 to measure the flow rate of the air passing through a suction nozzle 101, an inline filter 102 to be arranged between the suction nozzle 101 and the flow sensor 1, an abnormality detection value memory part 120 to store the abnormality detection value for detecting the abnormality of the suction nozzle 101, and an abnormality detection part 121 to detect the abnormality of the suction nozzle 101. The abnormality detection value memory part 120 stores abnormality detection values at the time of sucking and releasing, and the abnormality detection part 121 compares output values from the flow sensor 1 with abnormality detection values that are stored in the abnormality detection value memory part 120, in each of states at the time of sucking and releasing, and detects the abnormality of the suction nozzle 101 according to the obtained result.
