摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformly distribute pulverized coal to a plurality of pulverized coal burners with a suitable solids/gas ratio by modulating the pulverized coal concentration distribution pattern in a distributor with time to equalize the time-sequent average level of the pulverized coal concentration at respective fuel pipe inlets. CONSTITUTION:A guide vane 32 which cuts through a part of the distribution pattern is disposed in a distributor 4, and is rotated at a constant speed by a motor. A solids/gas double-phased flow introduced from the bottom of the distributor 4 has a certain pulverized coal concentration distribution pattern, and moves upwardly through the guide vane 32 as it retains the concentration distribution. Since the guide vane 32 is rotating, the concentration distribution pattern is circumferentially displaced by a rotational angle of the guide vane 32 over the time period for the double-phased flow to pass through the guide vane 32. As the motor speed is determined by random numbers generated at regular intervals, the concentration pattern is randomly changed. Therefore, the time-sequence average level of the pulverized coal concentration near respective fuel pipe inlets is equalized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a gas, containing methane gas and having a high calorific value, by carrying out jetting layer gasification of coals under conditions, e.g. adjusting feed ratio of a gasifying agent to coal to a lower rate than a partial combustion ratio in a reducing part, increasing the reaction temperature to a higher temperature than the melting temperature of coal ash, etc. CONSTITUTION:The feed ratio of a gasifying agent, e.g. air, oxygen-enriched air, etc., to coal in a reducing part is adjusted to a lower rate than a partial combustion ratio and the reaction temperature is increased to a higher temperature than the melting temperature of coal ash. The feed ratio of the gasifying agent to the coal in a combustion part is kept under condition between partial combustion and complete combustion and the reaction temperature is set at a higher temperature than the melting temperature of the coal ash to gasify coals. The amount of char scattering from the reducing part is remarkably reduced and the amount of scattered particles from the combustion part is minimized to prevent the deterioration of thermal efficiency by external circulation of char.

At this time, setting value of oxygen concentration is judged using data sent from an oxygen concentration meter 61, when oxygen concentration of the oxygen concentration meter 61 is less than 90% or the meter stops at the moment, interrupting valves 34, 58 in connection tubes 37, 59 are opened, and interrupting valves 35, 60, 31 are closed. Therefore, raw air 1 is directly lead to a nitrogen compressor 6 and an oxygen compressor 7 to be compressed, the air from the nitrogen compressor 6 is sent to a mixer 48 through a circulation line 41 and mixed with powdered coal 49, and air from the oxygen compressor 7 is supplied to a coal burner 50.

Different kinds of fine particles are mixed from a tracer metal supply apparatus 7 into burners 15, 16. Coal ash deposited on the walls of a gasification section 11, a slag flow-down section 12, a heat recovery section 13, etc., is collected, and the concns. of tracer metals are measured with an elemental analysis apparatus 23. A diagnostic apparatus 24 reduces the ratio of the amt. of oxygen supply to the amt. of coal supply to the upper side when deposited ash, a cause of troubles, is due to coal supplied from the upper side, thus inhibiting the deposition and accumulation of coal ash and ensuring safe operation of the gasification apparatus.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control the heating value constant in separately supplying a coal and a gasifying agent to upper and lower stages of a gasifying furnace by controlling a ratio of gasifying agent quantity/coal quantity in the upper stage variably according to a quantity of load fluctuation and controlling the ratio in the lower stage in constant. CONSTITUTION:A pulverized coal pulverized by a coal pulverizer 1 is filled into a supply hopper 2. Then, a supply quantity of the pulverized coal is set by a coal supplying device 3, and the pulverized coal is supplied with an inert gas through branch pipes 4 to upper and lower stages of a gasifying furnace 7. On the other hand, a gas from a gasifying agent compressor 11 is supplied through upper and lower stage gasifying agent flow control valves 14 and 13 to coal burners 5 and 6, respectively. The gas at the outlets of the coal burners 5 and 6 contacts the pulverized coal to gasifying the same. A gasified coal formed in the gasifying furnace 7 is supplied through a refiner 15 to a combustor and a gas turbine 12. A formed gas analyzer 16 is provided to detect a CH formation quantity and a heating value of the formed gas. According to a detection value of the analyzer 16, the flow control valves 13 and 14 are controlled by a controller 23 to specify a ratio of gasifying agent quantity/ coal quantity in supplying the gasifying agent.
