摘要： PURPOSE:To safely and efficiently produce a gas of a specified caloric value from a liquefied fuel, by means of a small-scale plant, by mixing a primary air-mixed gas at a pressure adjusted to correspond to a desired pressure, with air pressurized to the same pressure. CONSTITUTION:A liquefied fuel in tank 21 is fed to vaporizing mixer 24, where it is vaporized, and after mixed with a primary air, it is introduced to gas receiver 26 through pressure control valve 25, where it is stored as a primary mixed gas at a certain pressure (corresponding to a desired pressure), and then supplied to mixer 28. While after a secondary air pressurized to the same pressure as that of said primary mixed gas by means of a booster (e.g.) roots blower), is separated from water, by being cooled in cooler 34, it is introduced into the mixer 28, where it is mixed with the primary mixed gas, to obtain a gas of a specified caloric value. Then after the gas is stored in tank 40, it is distributed to an end user, at a pressure regulated by governor 41. (Number 50 represents a spare gas plant used in the case of power failure, etc.).

摘要： PURPOSE:To design a gas pressure regulator in small size, lessen variation of gas pressure at the secondary side and enhance the response characteristic by arranging all the diaphragm, adjusting spring, opening/closing valve and primary side gas discharge hole on the axis of the casing. CONSTITUTION:A chamber 12 to house a diaphragm moving vertically in compliance to the secondary side gas pressure and a spring 42 for adjustment of said diaphragm is formed at the upper part of the casing 11 of a gas pressure regulator. In the lower part of the casing 11 is formed a gas passage 13 equipped with a primary side gas inlet stretching vertically, a secondary side gas outlet stretching approximately normally to this inlet and a vertically moving valve 79 to open and close this gas inlet. The valve 79 is inserted in a through hole excavated between the chamber 12 and gas passage 13 in such a manner that it can move freely in the vertical direction and operates in compliance with the vertical motion of the diaphragm. The primary gas inlet, valve 79 and diaphragm are installed on the axis of the casing 11.

The pressure in the low pressure gas holder is about 0.03kg/cm , therefore, a considerable amount of gas may be retrieved even though a remaining gas pressure in the tank of the tank-lorry is 3kg/cm .

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify and make compact a local gas pressure controller by a construction wherein a primary side gas is made to pass through a body sliding in direct proportion to the loading pressure of a pilot in the local gas pressure controller for supplying the gas from a supply source to consumers after regulating the gas pressure. CONSTITUTION:A primary side pipe and a secondary side pipe for supplying a gas are connected to a flange 4 and a flange 5 of a case 1, respectively. A supply port 19 is connected to the loading pressure outputting port of a pilot where the primary and secondary side pipes have been connected together. If the quantity of the gas used is near zero, and if the pressure on the secondary side is higher than the set value, the loading pressure becomes lower, while a sliding body 22 is deflected to the right by a spring 33. Then the right side end 23 of the sliding body comes in contact with a valve sheet 38, closing the passage between the primary and secondary sides, interrupting the gas supply from the primary side to the secondary side. In addition, since the pressure on the secondary side is lowered in proportion to the quantity used, the loading pressure is increased, moving the sliding body 22 to the left and allowing the primary side gas to be supplied to the secondary side in proportion to the secondary side pressure.
