摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient clip board and shield usable as a protective shield capable of repulsing an opponent.
SOLUTION: In this shield, a flat plate-like or curved shield body 2 has a clip 3 for clipping a sheet on at least the upper part or side end part of the surface thereof, and a handle 5 capable of containing a tear gas spray 6 on the reverse side thereof. The gas injection nozzle 7 of the tear gas spray 6 is opposed to the surface of the shield body 2 through an opening part 2a of the shield body 2. A transparent or translucent sheet 11 having one end part supported so as to be capable of nipping the sheet 4 with the shield body 2 is further provided on at least the upper part or side end part of the surface of the shield body 2, whereby this shield can be used also as a display panel for advertisement or the like. A mirror 31 is further provided on the surface of the shield body 2, whereby this shield is used also as a mirror.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new defending tool by effectively combining a shield and a portable alarm.
SOLUTION: This shield 1 with an alarm is constituted by mounting a handle 3 and the alarm 4 with a speaker part at a lower part of a shield main body 2, on a rear face of the shield main body 2 composed of a flat or curved plate material. When being assaulted by a thug, the alarm 4 integrated with the shield 1 is operated while defending by the shield 1, to generate the large sound volume to tide over a crisis. Further a user gets help by the large sound volume of the alarm 4. A tear gas spray may be accommodated inside of the handle 3 of the shield main body 2.

A rectangular sheet 9 is supported at both ends by the first rod 6 and a second rod 8 in such a manner that the second rod 8 can be locked at both ends to the pair of arms 3 in the state of the poles 5 being deformed.
