摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe supporting metal fitting preventing a bolt from being fallen off from a through hole, exhibiting superior working efficiency, and having superior practicability.
SOLUTION: This pipe supporting metal fitting is so constituted that a plate-shape fitting part in the upper part of one clamping half body is provided with the through hole for inserting a screw part of the bolt which has the screw part and the head part with a polygonal part, the circumferential part of the through hole is provided with a detent recess part having such a shape that the head part of the bolt can be engaged in a rotation prevented state, the screw part of the bolt is inserted in the through hole, and the head part of the bolt is engaged with the detent recess part so as to prevent the rotation of the bolt. A nut is threaded in the screw part of the bolt prevented from rotating and the clamping half body is closed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide metal fittings for supporting piping which can easily and quickly be mounted and dismounted by giving simple modification to a bolt, which can surely prevent falling-off of the bolt from the metal fittings, and which can easily be manufactured at a low cost, which is suitable for mass production.
SOLUTION: An insertion hole 2 having a diameter approximately equal to or larger than the diameter of the thread portion 3 of the bolt is provided on an upper attachment plate 1 of an insertion half body 5. The bolt B is inserted into the insertion hole 2. In this state, projections 12 are formed by extruding or hitting a required portion of the thread portion 3 provided on the bolt B. Because the maximum diameter of the thread portion 3 of the bolt B becomes greater than the diameter of the insertion hole 2 because of the projections 12, the bolt B is inserted into the insertion hole 2 so as not to fall off. The bolt B can be screwed and connected to an upper portion of the other insertion half body 6 by providing a threaded hole into which the thread portion 3 of the bolt B is screwed or an insertion hole 8 into which the thread portion 3 is inserted to be fastened with a nut 7 on the upper portion of the other insertion half body 6.
