A space between the plurality of cylindrical bodies is made to have a structure flexibly connected by a string to move the cylindrical bodies up to the positions of the wheel nuts of the wheels. The vehicle can be protected by covering generated gaps not to be adhered by droplets of rainwater or sea water by providing the cylindrical bodies with collar-like extensions.
