SOLUTION: The resin varnish is manufactured by applying polyamide-imido synthesis reaction on a polyamide-imido raw material monomer with thermoplastic resin having a reactive group mixed. The insulated wire is formed by coating a conductor with the insulating coating. The insulated wire is characterized by that the insulating coating includes an insulating layer obtained by curing the resin varnish. The electric coil is formed by winding the insulated wire.       SOLUTION: This insulation-coated wire comprises a conductive wire, an insulation layer covering its periphery and a semiconductive layer covering the periphery of the insulation layer, and is characterized in that the semiconductive layer has a long-term insulation heatresistant temperature above 150°C and formed of a fusing resin with conductive particles mixed therein. This coil is formed by using the insulation-coated wire.
