SOLUTION: In a breaker moving device, a breaker 3 with a breaker body 6 and an operator 7 mounted on a chassis 5 moves to the connection position connected to a main circuit and a disconnection position separated from the main circuit. A plurality of passing holes 21 are formed in a front panel 20 on which the protective relay is mounted and guide pillars that are passed through each hole 21 are provided protrusively on the front surface of the breaker 3. Springs 22 for biasing a panel 20 to the side of the breaker 3 is provided and on the breaker 3 receptacles 19 where the panel 20 is abutted when the breaker 3 is located at the disconnection position to hold are provided to support the panel 20. Furthermore, on the frame 1 of switchgear, brackets 24 where the panel 20 is abutted when the breaker 3 shifts to the connection position are provided to separate the panel 20 from the receptacle 19.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating spacer maintaining insulating characteristic over the long term without enlarging the outer shape. SOLUTION: Rectangular shielding plates 2A, 2B are mounted on both sides of a perforated hole 1d formed in an insulating table 1A. The shielding plates 2A, 2B are fastened by a weld planting stud 3 welded to the inside surface of the shielding plates 2A and a nut 4, etc., to be fixed to the insulating table 1A. The insulating table 1A is provided with convex parts 1c forming concave parts on the outer periphery with respect to the mounted surfaces of the shielding plates 2A, 2B positioned on both sides of the perforated hole 1d. The convex parts 1c prevent formation of minute gaps between the convex parts 1c and the shielding plates 2A, 2B, also they prevent a corona discharge in the gaps of the concave parts formed on the outer periphery of the convex parts 1c.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform grounding work of main circuit bus-bars surely and simply by putting a grounding device body on one of circuit breaker putting-on steps of a switchboard, and constituting a mechanism which connects grounding conductors by pushing the grounding device in, and cuts off the connection with the grounding conductors by drawing the grounding device body out. SOLUTION: The body of a front maintenance type enclosed switchboard 1 has a vertical partition wall 2, and at its back a bus-bar chamber 3 is formed. The front side is partitioned into three, the upper, center, and lower steps to form a circuit breaker chamber 4, a grounding device chamber 5, and a circuit breaker chamber 6. And each circuit breaker 7, 9, and a grounding device 8 are supported in a way reciprocatable in the backward and forward directions by the use of respective sliding mechasnisms. If the grounding device 8 is pushed into the back, here, the contacts 38 at the rear part of the grounding device 8 touch the conductors of a bushing 16, and ground bus-bars 14. Besides, if the grounding device 8 is drawn out to the front side and returned back to a standby position, its connection with the bus-bars 14 is cut off, and it becomes in a hooked and fixed state.
