The shaft part engaging units 9A1 and 9B1 are constituted as an engaging unit engaged with fellow shaft shape members 7A and 7B by means of their relative slide, and positioning means 15A and 15B to position/support a shaft core adjusting condition are also arranged in abutting parts of the shaft part engaging units 9A1 and 9B1.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out pipe cutting smoothly by arranging a push-pressing force receiving member in the tip part of a cylindrical body so that push-pressing force can be received from outside of a pipe when a cutter is cut into the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A shaft shape body 7 is inserted into a cylindrical body 6, which is provided with a cutter 5 to cut into a pipe from inside, on the tip side so as to be operated freely, and a pipe inside surface receiving member 10 situating on the opposite side of the diameter direction is also arranged in the cylindrical body 6. The clearance between the cutter 5 and the pipe inside surface receiving member 10 is constituted so as to be expanded/contracted freely according to operation of the shaft shape body 7, and a push-pressing force receiving member 11, which receives push-pressing force from inside of the pipe when the cutter 5 is cut into the pipe by expanding the clearance, is arranged in the tip part of the cylindrical body 6. Thereby, since the push-pressing force applied by the cutter 5 can be received in the cutting place of the pipe by means of the push-pressing force receiving member 11, by operation in which a cut/removed part of the pipe is moved outward to expand its diameter, the tip part of the pipe can be prevented from being bent, so that the pipe cutting can be carried out smoothly.

    • PURPOSE:To block the occurrence of deformation, burr or the like on a section of a pipe body by cutting off the pipe body with a cutter inserted into the pipe body and an annular fixed edge formed corresponding to a cut position of the pipe body from the outer and inner peripheral parts integrally. CONSTITUTION:When an upper side block 74 is displaced downward swingably about a support shaft 82 through a cylinder 72 to engage a lower side block 70, an annular fixed edge 22 is formed of first semi-circular cutting edges 78a-78d of the lower side block 70 corresponding to a cutting position and second semicircular cutting edges 88a-88d of the upper block 74. A pipe body W is pressed and held on the outer peripheral surface by clamp members 80a-80c and 90a-90c. Then, cutters 18 advance from both ends of the pipe body W thereinto to be located in a position corresponding to the fixed edge 22. The axis C of a cutter holder supported eccentrically by an internal spindle is displaced along an arcuate locus Y from a position coinciding with the axis A of a spindle so that the eccentricy of the axis C of the cutter 18 is gradually increased to cut-off the pipe body W from the inner peripheral part.
