    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a blasting powder from scattering out of a blasting hole by inserting a container made of a gas-permeable film in the blasting hole in a state of covering a charging hose and fixing the charging hose and an opening part of the container to each other and then blowing the blasting powder into the container by pressured air of a charging machine when a water-soluble blasting powder is charged in the blasting hole. SOLUTION: At the time of blasting, a container having an air permeability of 100-10,000 L/m /S is inserted in a blasting hole in a state of covering a charging hole such as fuel explosive loader or the like. Then, if a water-soluble blasting powder (blasting powder) in bulk is charged in a container by pressed air, excessive air is discharged out of the container and the blasting powder remains in the container. The container is brought into close contact with an inner wall of the blasting hole by the charged blasting powder so that the container is interposed between the charged blasting powder and the inner wall of the blasting hole so as to block contact of the blasting powder with water and capacity of the blasting powder is maintained without being deteriorated. Further, if a container having a water-soluble polymer attached to the container in advance is used, water in the blasting hole and the polymer undergo hydration reaction so as to be gelatinized so that penetration of water into the container is highly blocked.
