A second work W is conveyed on the axis of No.2 cylinder 2 and stopped by No.1 guide 51. No.2 cylinder 2 is extended, and the No.2 work W is guided by No.1 guide 51 and fed to the furnace 7. No.1 cylinder is contracted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a high shocking force from being applied to a material placed on a tray by a method wherein an advancing speed of a loading pushing device is reduced in its speed when a pushing part of a loading pushing device is abutted against a loading tray and when a loading tray is abutted against an inter-furnace tray. CONSTITUTION:When a loading tray A1 is loaded into a guiding furnace, the tray is loaded at a substantial predetermined position on a skid rail 3, resulting in that a distance between a pushing part 2a and a rear end surface of the loading tray A1 is kept at a substantial constant l1. Since a distance between a pushing part 2a and a rear surface of an inter-furnace tray A2 is an advancing stroke L of a loading pushing device 2, a distance between both trays A1 and A2 is also kept constant l2. Accordingly, the loading pushing device 2 decreases its speed before the pushing part 2a abuts against the loading tray A1 after its advancing movement is started it gradually strikes against the loading tray A1 at a low speed and after this operation, it is increased to its predetermined speed and it shows a high speed state. Its advancing speed is decelerated before the loading tray A1 abuts against the inter- furnace tray A2. Both trays A1 and A2 abut against to each other under a low speed condition and afterward their speed are increased to become high-speed state, then their speeds are decelerated slightly before an advancing stroke amount L, thereby each of the trays is advanced by a predetermined distance.
