    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dry combustible material that can enhance a rate of drying a combustible material by a simple process, and a dry combustible material manufactured by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a dry combustible material 31 includes a mixing step S1 and a drying step S3. In the mixing step S1, a mixture 3 is formed by mixing many granules 10 composed of wet combustible materials and a dehydration treatment liquid 2 composed of an emulsion containing a synthetic resin, and the surface of the granules in the mixture 3 is brought into contact with the dehydration treatment liquid 2. In the drying step S3, the dehydration treatment liquid 2 is dried to form a synthetic resin film 21 on the surface of the granules 10 and moisture of the granules 10 is evaporated by means of drying the mixture 3. Further in the drying step S3, coated granules 310 composed of the granules 10 having a moisture content reduced and the synthetic resin film 21 covering the surface of the granules 10 is formed to obtain the dry combustible material 31 composed of the coated granules 310.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize biomass waste in a short processing time while suppressing apparatus cost and operating cost to a low level.SOLUTION: Biomass waste W is mixed with at least one of a calcined cement raw material, dust D obtained by dust collection of combustion gas extracted from a kiln exhaust gas flow path ranging from the kiln tail of a cement kiln to a lowermost cyclone, and quicklime, and the resulting mixture is used as fuel or/and raw material for cement production. In the mixture M, a low specific gravity powder component L can be used as fuel for cement production and a high specific gravity powder component H as raw material for cement production. Waste plastic is removed from the mixture and the removed plastic can be blown from a cement kiln burner after crushing to 5-50 mm. The biomass waste may include garbage or/and excrement discharged from ordinary homes.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid fuel, with which moldability is improved and the chlorine content in the solid fuel is reduced compared with the conventional art, and which contributes to control of global warming.SOLUTION: There is provided an improvement in a technique for producing a solid fuel 13 including supplying a powdered city waste which is dried, crushed, and sorted through a waste collection pit 2, a primary crushing and sorting means 17, a drying oven 8, and a secondary crushing and sorting means 18, successively, to a forming machine 12, in which the powdered waste is compressed to produce the solid fuel 13 having a specified shape. The improved method includes recovering waste by sorted recovery of combustible waste 31 and plastic waste 32, at the same time appropriately applying the following three means, and furthermore adding a bark material 36 or a lignin adhesive thereto to improve moldability and to reduce the chlorine content of the solid fuel: means 1: previously removing polyvinyl chloride from the plastic waste 32 sorted and recovered from the city; means 2: separately heat-treating off-line the waste water 9 accumulated in a waste water pit 3 attached to the waste collection pit 2; and means 3: mixing a biomass material with the waste.
