The carbon disulfide and the base are used in amounts of 1-10 times equivalents and 0.2-2 times equivalents, respectively, per equivalent of the amino group in the amino compound, and the hydrogen peroxide is used in an amount of >=1.0 times equivalent per equivalent of the dithiocarbamic acid.
