Front side recessed part 132a and rear side recessed part 132b opened in the longitudinal direction and lower direction are formed in the middle of a right and left width of the fuel tank 20 on the bottom part of the fuel tank 20. An intermediate part of an operation lever 72 is inserted into the front side recessed part 132a and the rear side recessed part 132b. Both end sides of the operation lever 72 are extended in the longitudinal direction of the fuel tank 20.
