摘要： Catalysts useful for the direct epoxidation of olefins are disclosed. The catalysts comprise a noble metal, lead, bismuth, and a titanium or vanadium zeolite. The noble metal, lead, and bismuth may be supported on the titanium or vanadium zeolite. The catalyst may also be a mixture comprising the titanium or vanadium zeolite and a supported catalyst comprising the noble metal, lead, bismuth, and a carrier. The invention includes a process for producing an epoxide comprising reacting an olefin, hydrogen and oxygen in the presence of the catalyst. The process results in significantly reduced alkane byproduct formed by the hydrogenation of olefin.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an olefin oxide capable of improving furthermore production activity of the olefin oxide per titanosilicate weight, and to provide a method for producing titanosilicate usable for the production method.SOLUTION: The method for producing titanosilicate includes: the first process in which at least one kind of compound selected from a group comprising cyclic amines and quaternary ammonium salts, a compound containing a group 13 element, a silica-containing compound, a titanium-containing compound, a fluorine-containing compound and water are mixed together to obtain a suspension, and a solid component is separated from the suspension; and the second process in which the solid component obtained in the first process, aqueous acid solution and a titanium-containing compound are mixed together to obtain a solid-liquid mixture, and a solid material is separated from the obtained solid-liquid mixture. The method for producing an olefin oxide includes a process in which an olefin is reacted with an oxidizing agent in the presence of titanosilicate obtained in the production method.

In the first process, a swelled lamellar titanium-containing zeolite precursor (2) is obtained by bringing a lamellar titanium-containing zeolite precursor (1) into contact with a solution containing a swelling agent and a solvent. In the second process, a molding (3) is obtained by pressurizing the precursor (2). In the third process, the swelling agent contained in the molding (3) is removed.

摘要： The invention relates to a plant for carrying out chemical reactions, having a reactor (1), the reaction space of which contains hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and titanium silicalite (TS-1). The object of the invention is to improve such a plant such that continuous separation and recycling of the active catalyst to the reaction space is possible with a long filter service life. This is achieved in that the reaction space contains a solid silicon source, in that the plant comprises a water takeoff line (3) which is set up for drawing off water in addition to components which are dissolved and/or dispersed therein from the reaction space, in that the water takeoff line (3) leads to a filter (4) which separates off the components which are dissolved and/or dispersed in the water, and in that the plant has a return line (5) which is set up for recirculating to the reaction space components which are separated off by means of the filter (4).
