    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle structure which can prevent generation of strain caused by welding as well as sufficiently suppressing deformation near a coach entrance.SOLUTION: Bolts 60 combine an eaves reinforcement 53 extending to the longitudinal direction of the railroad vehicle structure with the vehicle interior side of eaves 21 at the upper part of the coach entrance, combine a side reinforcement 51 and a roof structure 52 extending to the height/width directions of the railroad vehicle structure with the vehicle interior side of a side structure 20 beside the coach entrance and a roof structure 40, and combine a side beam reinforcement 54 extending to the longitudinal direction of the railroad vehicle with a lower part of a side beam 11 at the lower part of the coach entrance. The side reinforcement 51 and the roof reinforcement 52 are combined with the eaves reinforcement 53 by the bolts 60. The structure makes places near the coach entrance firm, which can sufficiently suppress the deformation near the coach entrance. Welding of thick members is not generated, which can prevent the generation of strain caused by welding.

Further, rigidity and strength are improved by using the channel member having a C-shaped cross section, and the number of the vertical framework 5 can be reduced, and as a result, the weight of the panel structure 1 can be reduced.
