    • PURPOSE: To both control a flow rate of fluid at relatively small power with an electric signal and decrease a hazardous state of a fluid leak, by communicating a low pressure part in the downstream passage from a secondary pressure chamber to a back pressure chamber at the opposite side to the flow passage of a diaphragm secured to a valve body.
      CONSTITUTION: A plunger 7 is vertically movably supported in the axial center of a coil 6 in a manner without sliding motion by leaf springs 8, and a lower end part of the plunger 7 is adapted to the central part of a diaphragm 5 to apply force to a valve body 4. A throttling part 13 made by an orifice is provided in the downstream side further from a secondary pressure chamber 10 to form a low pressure part 14, and a communication passage 15 is provided between this low pressure part 14 and a back pressure chamber 11. Even if the diaphragm 5 is damaged or caused with a hole, fluid passes from a primary pressure chamber 9 to a damaged part of the diaphragm 5 to flow into the back pressure chamber 11, further passes through the communication passage 15 to flow into an outlet 2. Accordingly, when this flow control valve is used for a gas combustion equipment, a hazard of a gas leak is very rarely expected.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize the hot water temperature and to reduce the number of component parts and circuits by controlling the burning rate for both hot water delivery and additional heating by a single proportionate control valve. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of hot water that is heated by a heat exchanger for hot water delivery 1 which in turn is heated by a burning burner 11 for hot water delivery, and is discharged out of a hot water outlet 1b is detected by a thermistor 15 for hot water delivery. By actuating a proportionate control valve actuator 18 and a proportionate control valve 10 so as to reach the hot water temperature set by a hot water temperature setting unit 17 by means of a comparator 16, the burning rate of the hot water delivery burner 11 is controlled. When a burner 14 for later additional heating is burnt to heat a heat exchanger 2, the hot water is circulated from a hot water discharge port through the bathtub 4 back to a hot water return port 2a. By detecting the circulated hot water by a thermistor 19 for later additional heating, the burning rate of the burner 14 for later additional heating is controlled by actuating the proportionate control valve 18 and the proportionate control valve 10 so as to reach the hot water temperature set by a bathtub water temperature setting unit 30 by means of a comparator 29.

    • PURPOSE:To permit to obtain the optimum hot-water temperature at respective places which use hot-water by a method wherein individual hot-water pipelines are arranged to equip hot-water supplying cocks and signal switches, detecting the opening of the hot-water supplying cock, are provided at the branching sections of the hot-water supplying pipelines while the signal switches are utilized as hot-water temperature setters to drive proportional control valves. CONSTITUTION:Respective individual hot-water supplying pipelines are arranged from the branching section of the hot-water supplying pipeline. The signal switches 16, 17, 18 are constituted so as to detect the flow of water and effect the functions of switches and are connected with resistors 19, 20, 21 having different constants respectively in order to constitute the hot-water temperature setter. The signals of the hot-water temperature setter 22 and a supplying hot-water temperature detecting thermistor 3 operate the driving unit 24 of the proportional control valve through a comparator 23, whereby, said proportional control valve 5 is driven to control the amount of combustion of a burner 6 and control the temperature of supplying hot-water.
