    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality pipe lining material having improved water tightness and a method of manufacturing the lining material. SOLUTION: In an outer lining material 10 consisting of a tubular resin-absorbing material 10a impregnated with the first resin hardenable by light irradiation and the second resin hardenable by heating, an inner lining material 11 is arranged which consists of a tubular resin-absorbing material 11a having a density higher than that of the resin-absorbing material of the outer lining material and impregnated with the first and second resins. When the pipe lining material is irradiated internally with light, the first resin of the inner and outer lining materials is hardened by irradiation with light, and the second resin of the inner and outer lining materials is hardened by heat generated through the light-irradiation hardening. Since the resin-absorbing material of the inner lining material has a high density, the occurrence of void is reduced to harden the first and second resins in high-quality. Even when void occurs in the resin-absorbing material of the outer lining material, the inner lining material covers the void to improve the water tightness of the pipe lining material.     • PURPOSE: To obtain the titled lining material capable of sticking fast even to a pipe line having a complicated shape and variable diameters by covering the outside of a specific cylindrical fabric woven by elastic threads with soft synthetic resin.
      CONSTITUTION: Warf 16 is formed of threads obtained by winding crimped threads of about 150 denier polyester fiber around about 210 denier polyurethane elastic threads and weft 17 is formed of threads obtained by twisting crimped threads of about 150 denier polyester fiber and they comprise cylindrical woven textile 14. Then, outside the cylindrical woven textile 14 is provided a 0.2W0.6mm thick coating layer 15 made up of polyester elastic resin or polyether urethane elastic resin as lining material of a pipe line having a bent pipe. Besides, it is preferable that the outer diameter of the lining material is 80W100% as large as the min. inner diameter of a supply pipe constructed and when fluid pressure is operated on the lining material turned inside out, the outer diameter can be expanded up to 100W130% as large as the inner diameter of the straight portion of the supply pipe.
