Each of the plurality of cartridges 104 includes an inlet and an outlet for making a cooling medium flow therethrough. The inducer 100 further includes at least one flow modifier disposed in each of the plurality of cartridges 104 for modifying the flow of the cooling medium through each of the plurality of cartridges 104. Each of the plurality of cartridges 104 is independently removable from each of the plurality of orifices 106.
