    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of conducting heat exchange of high efficiency among three or more fluids.
      SOLUTION: This heat exchanger 5 has the cylindrical shape formed by connecting annular end rings 20, 30 with upper and lower ends of a cylindrical barrel cylinder 10. A number of first heat transfer tubes 40 are respectively inserted and held on first tube plates 22, 32. A number of second heat transfer tubes 50 are respectively inserted and held on second tube plates 23, 33. A first flow channel 41 for circulating a reformed gas is formed inside of the heat transfer tubes 40. A second flow channel 51 for circulating the cooling liquid is formed by a space defined by an outer wall of the first heat transfer tube 40 and an inner wall of the second heat transfer tube 50. Further a third flow channel 13 for circulating the compressed air is formed in a space defined by an inner wall of a barrel cylinder 10 and an outer wall of the second heat transfer tube 50.
