In addition, the mold frame has on its rear surface at least one or more integrally molded reinforcing ribs 2, or at least one or more integrally molded reinforcing ribs 2 and at least one or more integrally molded bosses 6, besides, the depth of recesses on the concrete contact surface developed by the existence of these members is made 0.3mm or less.

    • PURPOSE: To easily release the upper tank part having a manhole of a large- sized purifying tank by pushing out the film of a manhole opening part by operating an ejection mechanism after opening a mold to release a molded article and subsequently removing the film. CONSTITUTION: A mold has such a shape that a polymer film 25 is formed to the opening part of a manhole so as to close the same and an ejection mechanism is arranged to the core mold 23 corresponding to the opening part of the manhole. After a raw material mixed soln. is injected into the mold, polymerization and crosslinking reaction are generated and, after a polymer is solidified, mold opening is started. At the same time, an ejection rod 21 is pushed out by the operation of the ejection mechanism to separate the film 25 engaged with the opening part of the manhole from the surface of the core mold 23 to release the upper tank part having the manhole of a large-sized purifying tank being a molded article. By this constitution, the film 25 covering the opening part of the manhole of the upper tank part taken out of the mold is cut off.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight form which can repeatedly be used with high operability by forming a large number of reinforcing small-sized ribs which satisfy the shape characteristics of specified expressions at least in a part of the back part of a shuttering board which constitutes a concrete form.
