SOLUTION: A magnetic passage ticket data storing means 1 stores data obtained from a magnetic passage ticket in a charge collecting/receiving system B and applies the data to an objective section data extraction means 2. The means 2 extracts only data related to a vehicle traveling a section A-B and a peculiar data excluding means 3 excludes unsuitable data from the extracted data. Only suitable data are extracted and the time required for traveling is properly extracted by a traveling required time calculation means 4 and applied to a traveling required time pattern preparing means 8. The means 8 occasionally inputs factors for changing the time required for traveling from a date information input means 5, a weather information input means 6 and an event information input means 7 and outputs a traveling required time pattern.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an optimum condition to the running of a driver even though the smog transmissivity is changed, by providing a tunnel measuring board to measure the smog transmissivity in the tunnel, and a processing device to calculate and process the ON/OFF control of luminous apparatuses in the tunnel depending on the output of the measuring board. CONSTITUTION:A tunnel lighting system is composed of a lighting control board 1, a tunnel measuring board 2, a transmission child station 3, a transmission parent station 4, and a processing device 5. In such a constitution, the ON/OFF control to luminous apparatuses 8 in the tunnel is carried out in the control board 1 depending on the signals from luminance meters 6 near the entrance and the exit of the tunnel, and the signals input from smog transmissivity meters 7 set in the tunnel, through the measuring board 2. In the child station 3, the delivery of signal is carried out between the control board 1 and the measuring board 2, and in the parent station 4, the transmission of signal is carried out with the child station 3, and the data is delivered to the processing device 5. In the device 5, the necessary luminance at the entrance and at the exit is calculated depending on the signal of the luminance meters 6, and at the same time, the necessary luminance at the intermediate parts in the tunnel is calculated depending on the signals of the transmissitivity meters 7, and the ON/OFF control to the luminous apparatuses 8 is carried out.

    • PURPOSE:To permit a ventilator to be economically operated by a method in which the integrated value of NOx emission at the pit port and a regulated value of NOx emission are checked for each fixed time to predict the curve of integrated values of NOx emission, and on the basis of the curve, the ventilator is operated. CONSTITUTION:Whether or not the integrated value of NOx at pit port from 0 a.m. to the present time exceeds a preset guide line, or whether or not the regulated value of NOx emission from vertical pit exceeds a fixed value is checked for each fixed time. On the basis of the tendency of NOx emission integrated value(at pit port) curves after the time when a fixed time is elapsed from 0 a.m., the integrated value curve for NOx from the time to 24 hours is predicted. At the time when the curve exceeds an allowable value at lapse of 24 hours beyond the guide line, or at the time when the regulated value of NOx emission from the vertical pit is exceeded predictively, the ventilator is operated to discharge NOx from the vertical pit.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road tunnel ventilation controller capable of improving the accuracy of estimate computation related to a ventilation condition of a tunnel having a branch and a confluence and operating ventilation facility efficiently. SOLUTION: In the road tunnel ventilation controller for controlling the ventilation of the road tunnel composed of a tunnel main line and at least one branch and/or at least one confluence and having a tunnel duct having an air blow hole and an air exhaust hole on a wall face of the tunnel, the road tunnel is divided into a plurality of sections for flowing-in and flowing-out of the air and the number of vehicles existent in each section is computed using the results of estimate of a traffic amount estimate means by an each section vehicle number computing means, and a plurality of equations of motion applied to the air ventilating per section and being simultaneous for each other are set to solve a plurality of equations of motion being simultaneous for each other using the results of outputs of a tunnel outside pressure setting means, an air blow and exhaust amount setting means, and each section vehicle number computing means so as to compute wind velocity distribution in the road tunnel by a wind velocity distribution computing means.
