    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking system which allows a cookware to output temperature information accurately by preventing the heating cookware from outputting noise to the infrared rays transmitted by a heating cooker. SOLUTION: The heating cooking system includes: a cookware 9 provided with an external temperature sensor 20 for detecting a temperature of a container 10, and an infrared ray transmitter 99 for transmitting the detected temperature information through infrared rays having a predetermined carrier frequency; and a heating cooker 100 including an IH coil 14, an inverter control means 140 for controlling a driving frequency of an inverter circuit 135 so as to supply a high frequency current to the IH coil 14, and an infrared receiver 41 for receiving infrared rays. The cookware 9 and/or the heating cooker 100 controls frequencies so that the frequency controlled by the inverter controller 140 and a carrier frequency of infrared rays transmitted by the infrared ray transmitter 99 are not overlaid with each other.
