摘要： PURPOSE:To form a polyethylene oriented film which is transparent and superior in moisture resistance, by performing cross-linking from both sides so that a degree of the cross-linking is deteriorated inwardly in the direction of a thickness of a molded article. CONSTITUTION:As for cross-linking of a sheet like or tubular raw fabric made of polyethylene resin, it is performed from both sides so as to deteriorate inwardly a degree of the cross-linking in the direction of a thickness of raw fabric. As for the degree of the cross-linking, it is desirable that a gel content ratio whose degree of the cross-linking is lowest is less than 0-5%, the gel content ratios of cross-linked surface layers each of both the sides are more than 5% and especially within a range of 10-80% in constitution of the cross-linking of the raw fabric. Especially an article wherein the gel content ratio of the lowest degree of the cross-linking is 0% and a cross-linked layer/uncross-linked layer/cross-linked layer is constituted in the direction of the thickness of the raw material is desirable, in this case, it is desirable that a constituting ratio of each layer falls within a range of cross-linked layer:uncross- linked layer:cross-linked layer=1:0.1-10:1, and it is desirable especially that the degrees of cross-linking of the cross-linked layers each of both the sides are identical with each other.

This polyethylene resin sheet is rolled and then oriented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a fibrous material of ultrafine fibers, by drawing an aqueous solution of a water-soluble resin with a high-speed air stream while spinning the solution, heating the resultant fiber stream and evaporating the moisture in the fibers. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution of a water-soluble resin (e.g. pullulan) or a melt plasticized with water is extruded from a raw material feed pipe 1 through a raw material tank 2 and a spinning nozzle 5 by a gear pump 4, and high-pressure air fed from an air nozzle 7 by a multistage blower 6 is blown downward on the resultant fiber stream of the hydrous water-soluble resin, which is heated by a far infrared heater 9 during the falling thereof to evaporate and remove the moisture in the fibers. The resultant drawn and dehydrated fibrous material 12 is entangled and dropped onto a net type collecting belt 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an extremely thin gas permselective membrane having excellent separation capacity and high strength, by substituting the solvent contained in a polyolefin porous membrane with organopolysiloxane and, thereafter, stretching said membrane under heating to close pore parts thereof with siloxane. CONSTITUTION:Crystalline linear polyolefin with a wt. average MW of 5X10 or more is used to obtain a porous membrane with a thickness of 0.1-10mum, an average piercing pore size of 0.001-1mum and a void ratio of 30-95%. The solvent contained in said membrane at a membrane forming time is substituted with organopolysiloxane such as silicone oil or raw silicone rubber with a polymerization degree of 10 or more and stretched under heating. The filling amount of siloxane is 5-90wt%, heating temp. is set to a range from crystal dispersing temp. to a crystal m.p. +20 deg.C and stretching magnification is required to be at least two times or more in a uniaxial direction.
