A system control output part 5, a contact data input part 6 setting up the contents of a signal to be outputted to a computer to be debugged, a timer setting part 7, and an internal signal input part 8 are connected to the device 3. An LED display output part 9, a digital display output part 10 and an external signal output part 11 are connected to the device 4.
