CONSTITUTION: A chain 4 connecting both each upper end of a plurality of water prevention plate 1 for forming a water prevention door 3 is crossed over a sprocket 5 in order for the water prevention door 3 to be elevated through the rotation of the sprocket 5 by a rotation driving means comprising a driving chain 6, a driving shaft 7 and electric motor, and they are accommodated within an accommodation frame 9 in an ordinary period of time. When water prevention is required, the water prevention plates 1 are delivered successively to move downward by rotating the sprocket 5 through the driving means, so that the water prevention door 3 can be installed therein. Besides, the water prevention plates 1 can preferably be formed to be compressed strongly by providing a stationary support means comprising a compression member and support member.

    • PURPOSE:To enable execution of smooth and reliable conveyance even when a conveying body is inclined by a method wherein a groove is formed in the outer peripheral part of the conveying body and sliders are contained in the groove so that the slider is retractable resiliently. CONSTITUTION:When a wire is drawn by means of a driven device, a conveying body 3 is moved within a damping pipe 1 from below to above. When, with this state, excavated damping earth is charged in a hopper for charge, damping earth enters the damping pipe 1 between the conveying bodies 3 and is conveyed in a state to be pushed by the conveying body 3. The damping earth is discharged through a discharge port in a hopper and is horizontally conveyed after it is dropped on a belt conveyor. Even when the conveying body 3 is rotated during conveyance of damping earth S, a cable substance 4 is prevented from being twisted by a coupling member 5, and sliders 3b located around the conveying body 3 are smoothly moved along the inner wall surface of the damping pipe 1.
