The sealing material 4 is retreated, by which the mounting of the frame and members, such as attachments for mounting to a window frame, etc., is made possible without the contamination thereof by the adhesion of the uncured sealing material 4 thereto.

Furthermore, the second layer 3 is then coated with a third transparent dielectric film (e.g. SnO2 film) 1.46-2.1 in refractive index and 30-80nm in thickness as the third layer 4, thus obtaining the objective heat-blocking glass 1, which can be suitably used as glazing for automobiles and buildings.
