摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a working accuracy by causing a bottoming point of a ground improving equipment body to coincide with an original position, by a method wherein an elevating arm, the first and the second slide beam are driven in their respective moving directions by means of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A guide device 5 acts for a ground improving equipment which serves to improve a weak ground for solidification in such a manner as lowers a ground improving equipment body 1 into the water from a work ship. A pair of guide rails 19 and 20 extend vertically and are secured on both sides of the ground improving equipment body 1. An elevating arm 27 is supported by means of a pin at right angles to a stay 25 which is individually mounted upright at both sides of the ground improving equipment body 1 and on the work ship, and the first slide beam 29 is movably supported in the axial direction of the elevating arm 27. The second slide beam 33 is supported so that it can freely move in a horizontal direction which is at right angles to the first slide beam 29, and is provided with a guide drum 36 having recesses 35 mating aforesaid guide rails 19 and 20.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a stuck material from a lower trough, a casing lower part inner peripheral wall and a conveyor belt surface contacting with these by arranging a water washing belt cleaner, a wash water jet nozzle and a scraper blade on an under surface of a return passage side conveyor belt. SOLUTION: A stuck material on an under surface of a return passage side conveyor belt 5b is almost removed by wash water of a water washing belt cleaner 17. The wash water is ejected toward a clearance between an under surface of the conveyor belt 5b and a lower through 15 from a jet nozzle in the end vicinity of the lower trough 15 (a lower inner peripheral wall 3a), and an under surface of the conveyor belt 5b and an upper surface of the trough 15 are washed. The wash water and a removing material fall in a recovering chute 27 from notch parts arranged at regular intervals in the traveling direction of the conveyor belt 5b. When the stuck material is stuck to the under surface of the conveyor belt 5b without being removed or a waterdrop is stuck, it is scraped away by a scraper blade 26 in the recovering chute 27.

The conveying machine 8 is extended and provided so as to be substantially parallel to the rail, and a discharging conveyor for conveying the powder and granular material to the stacking conveyor 5 is extended and provided from the end of the conveying machine 8.

摘要： PURPOSE: To make contact avoidable with coal deposited on both sides in the case of running along a conveying belt, and to make coal simultaneously cuttable in both sides in the case of cutting out the coal on the conveying belt. CONSTITUTION: A cut out device 1 of cutting out coal 5 deposited on a rack 4 in a bottom part of a hopper 2 by turning a cut out paddle 7 can be moved to run along a conveying direction of a belt conveyer 6. In the case of run moving, the cut out paddle 7 is folded to be placed in a storage condition, to prevent contact with the coal 5. In the case of cutting out the coal 5, the cut out paddle 7 is protruded to make the coal cuttable simultaneously in both sides of the belt conveyer 6. The cut out paddle 7 is connected to a supporting shaft 14 of a planet gear 13 and simultaneously angularly displaced by a drive gear 12, to switch an opened condition protruded outward in a radial direction and a storage condition folded in a circumferential direction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily correct deviation of the position of excavation and drilling for raising the accuracy of construction by turning a soft ground improving device main body, by which a cement-based hardening agent is injected, horizontally at a right angle to the rotary axis of a rotary table. CONSTITUTION:After mooring a working ship 8, a winch 12 is operated, whereupon a ground improver body 1 is guided on a guide rail 9 and a drving shaft 3 is lowered from an opening 8a into water while contacting with a roller 19 in a sliding manner. When a motor 28 is operated, an excavating drill shaft 6 is turned and a hardening agent is discharged from a discharge nozzle 14 through a slurry hose 13. In case where an inclination or flexion occurs in the ground improver 1, it is detected by a varticality detector provided on the working ship and then an attitude control means 4 is operated to displace the upper end portion of the improver. According to the displacement, the lower end portion of the improver is displaced toward the opposite direction of the displacing direction of the upper end portion at the supporting position of the rotary table 10, whereby restoring it to the original position.
