    • PURPOSE:To surely chuck the main reinforcing bar by setting the engaging plate provided with plural engaging holes and the chucking plate provided with plural gourd type engaging holes on the same axis, revolting one of the engaging plate or the chucking plate and engaging the end part of the main reinforcing bar which is inserted through the small hole part. CONSTITUTION:By rotating, at least, one of the engaging plate 4 or the chucking plate 5, the end part of the main reinforcing bar 6 which is inserted through the engaging hole 2 and the gourd type engaging hole 4a is engaged. In the state that the end part of the main reinforcing bar 6 is inserted through the engaging hole 2 and the larger hole part 4b of the gourd type engaging hole 4, one of the engaging plate 3 or the chucking plate 5 is rotated. The chucking is exactly executed at the right position i.e., the small hole part 4a by positioning the main reinforcing bar which is inserted through the engaging hole 2 and the larger hole part 4b of the gourd type engaging hole 4 to the small diameter part 4a. And because the pushing means to push the main reinforcing bar is provided at the position corresponded to the respective engaging hole 2 and the gourd type engaging hole 4 of the end surface of the knitting machine body, so the inserting of the main reinforcing bar is also automatized.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the wall thickness of a cylindrical retaining mold and to prevent the damage of said mold by inserting the cylindrical retaining mold filled with concrete not hardened in a rotary casing and imparting rotation to the rotary casing by a centrifugal apparatus in such a state that the cylindrical retaining mold is held concentrically with respect to the rotary casing by the holding jigs provided to the peripheral wall of the rotary casing to perform centrifugal molding. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical retaining mold 3 filled with concrete not hardened is inserted in the rotary casing 2 placed on a centrifugal apparatus 1 to be held in concentric relation to the rotary casing 2 by holding jigs 4 and, in this state, rotation is imparted to the rotary casing 2 by the centrifugal apparatus 1. By this method, the cylindrical retaining mold 3 is rotated and the concrete not hardened received in the cylindrical retaining mold 3 is centrifugally molded to mold a concrete pipe. When a vibration apparatus 5 is connected to the end part of the cylindrical retaining mold 3 or to the end part of the rotary casing 2 and the concrete pipe is centrifugally molded while weak vibration is given to the cylindrical retaining mold 3, the concrete pipe enhanced in compactness and having high strength can be prepared even from low slump concrete not hardened reduced in the use amount of water per a unit volume.

The turning device 3 for turning left and right the left and right side forms 2b, 2c, is provided on the lower outer frame 1b capable of puslring and pulling in axial direction, whereby the side form 2b may be positioned at a prescribed form-closing position or may be opened by operating the turning device 3 and turning the side form 2b.
