    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a supply of high temperature hot water to a heat consumption apparatus by supplying hot water from a heat consumption apparatus heat exchanger to a return pipe through a bypass passage. SOLUTION: A hot water heat exchanger 1 and a heating heat exchanger 2 are heated by a one burner 6. A return passage 20 and a supply passage 21 from a heating apparatus 19 are connected with a heat transfer pipe 4 of the heating heat exchanger 2, and a hot water supply circulation pump 23 is provided on the return passage 20 between an expansion tank 22 provided in the course of the return passage 20 and the heating heat exchanger 20. The supply passage 21 located downstream a heating thermistor 24 and the return passage 20 located upstream the expansion tank 22 are connected with each other thought a bypass passage 2, and an opening/closing valve 26 is provided on the supply passage 21 located downstream the connection point for intermittently supplying hot water to the heating apparatus 19. With the opening/closing valve 26 being opened and closed, hot water from the heating heat exchanger 2 is returned into the expansion tank 22 through the bypass pipe 25 and the return pipe 20.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive that hot water in a heat transfer pipe is hardly overheated and hence scale is scarcely produced in the heat transfer pipe by providing a shielding mechanism for closing a return passage located upstream a bypass passage when supply hot water from a further building heat exchanger is supplied to the bypass passage. SOLUTION: A second bypass 24 is provided for connecting a position located between a circulation pump 70 of a return pipe 22 and a two-way valve 58 with a supply pipe 23 as a bypass passage for circulating and returning supply hot water from a heat exchanger 2 for bath additional heating to the return pipe without passage through a bathtub 100, and a three-way valve 59 is provided on a connection part between the second bypass pipe 24 and the supply pipe 23. Hereby, it is changed over to supply the supply hot water from the heat exchanger 2 for additional heating to the bathtub 100 or to supply the same to the second bypass pipe 24. Further, when the supply hot water from the heat exchanger 2 is supplied to the second bypass pipe 24, the two-way valve 58 serves as an interruption mechanism for closing the return passage 22 upstream of the second bypass pipe 24.
