    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resistant cover structure for improving the workability and constructing efficiency of a steel beam as well as further maintaining and improving the fire resisting performance of the steel beam without lowering it. SOLUTION: With the sectionally H-shaped steel beam 10 being supported at its both ends, a ceiling slab 80 is mounted on an upper flange face 12. The steel beam 10 is covered with a fire resistant cover material 30. At this time when the steel beam 10 is covered with the fire resistant cover material 30, the steel beam 10 is wound by a felt molding member while leaving at least the upper flange face 12 contacting the ceiling slab 80 and an edge face 13 of an upper flange 11. In the first embodiment, felt fire resistant materials 36, 39 are laid between a lower flange face 17 and the fire resistant cover material 30 and between an upper flange lower face 14 and the fire resistant cover material 30, respectively.     • PURPOSE:To reuse spilt fire-proof material as a recycling material by compression molding of the spilt fire-proof material generated in the spraying work of the material on steel skeletons to form a plate and superposing the molded plates on the steel skeleton face and spraying the fire-proof coating material thereon to form a fire-proof coating layer. CONSTITUTION:When heat-proof inorganic fibers like rockwool and cement slurry used for a binder are sprayed simultaneously on the surface of a steel skeleton by a spray, a fire-proof coating layer having a required thickness is formed on the surface of the steel skeleton. The spilt materials generated in the spraying work of fire-proof material are compression molded by a treatment device for the split material. A molding A of the spilt material is placed on the upper faces of lower flanges of a steel skeleton 2 and a fire-proof material is sprayed thereon in that state to form a fire-proof layer 3. In this way, the compression molded product of the spilt fire-proof material is integrally molded with the sprayed material by curing and hardening. And hence, the spilt material can be reused as a fire-proof material and it is not necessary to transfer the spilt fire-proof material to a disposal plant.
