A cloth part of the upper garment is held by the base frame 1 and the holding cross piece 3 at the position near the waist of the trousers, then, the base frame 1 and the holding cross piece 3 are placed on the lower side of the upper part from the held cloth part of the upper garment, and further the elastic ring 4 facing forward from the supporting shafts 2a, 2b is inserted into the trousers to construct the tool to be applied to the back side of the trousers.
