摘要： PURPOSE:To provide excellent fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance by applying a resin cover layer on wire rods twisted with multiple strands to form a PC steel stranded wire, and filling resin in gaps among the strands. CONSTITUTION:Blast treatment or acid cleaning is applied to strands to degrease and roughen all faces before twist machining is applied. After the strands 1 are twisted and heated, the twist is temporarily released, and a plastic cover layer 2 is applied on all faces of the strands by powder coating or extrusion machining. The plastic cover layer 2 is formed so that the plies of the strands l appear on the outer surface, and solid grains 3 are sprayed and fixed while resin is still in the adhesive state. A lubricant layer 4 is formed with grease on the surface of the plastic cover layer 2, and a plastic outer cover 5 is formed on its outer periphery. Corrosive water is prevented from infiltrating among the strands 1, the movement of the strands 1 is suppressed, and fatigue resistance can be improved.

The end of the cable 1 to be delivered is put in the hole 4, and suspended from the drum 5 and delivered under its own weight, and then fed in while controlling the rotational speed by the brake 6.

This, even after a wire 1 is stretched from the unbond PC steel plate side for securing, enables a pressure to be exerted on a covering sheath from a lateral direction through deformation of the resilient material 5, resulting in the possibility to prevent outgoing water through a bored hole from flowing to a wire 1' through an unsheathed PC steel in the vicinity of the anchor head 2 after the water flows through the sheath.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool for a PC cable allowing the inserting work and the stretching/fixing work of the PC cable and the grout injecting work simply and safely. SOLUTION: This fixing tool is provided with a tapered male cone 40 holding the PC cable, a female cone 50 having an insertion hole matched with the outer shape of the male cone 40, and a buried member 30 buried in concrete to transfer the fixing load of the PC cable to the concrete. A pair of cylinder sections 31 are crossed into a nearly X-shape to integrally form the buried member 30. Each cylinder section 31 has a storage section 51 of the male cone 40 on one end side and a fitting port 33 of a sheath 70 on the other end side. A grout cap 60 can be fitted to the opening of the cylinder section 31 by screwing.
