SOLUTION: This hot-water supply system comprises a hot-water supply device 1 and a kitchen remote controller 2 connected to the hot-water supply system so as to be communicated with each other. The device 1 stores product specific information such as a serial number of a product, name of a microcomputer substrate, and stamped name on the microcomputer in an EEPROM 104. The controller 2 stores the product specific information of the remote controller in an EEPROM 206. The device 1 integrates times passed from the start of energization to record a use time. When the controller 2 is connected to the device 1, the device 1 acquires the product specific information of the controller 2 through communications, calculates the connection time thereof when in use, and stores the information together with identification codes in the EEPROM 104. By storing the product specific information including the versions of the device 1 and the controller 2 forming the hot-water supply system, the maintenance and inspections of these microcomputers can be easily and surely performed.
