    • PURPOSE:To ebbect water-filling surely in a circulation line by determining whether or not the water filling of the circulation line comes to an end based on a detected estimated flow rate from ON by a middle water level detection means up to ON by high water level detection means and a specified differential water quantity between a value over a middle water level and a value less than a high water level. CONSTITUTION:A tank 11 is provided with a low water level detection means 16 which is turned ON at a specified low water level and over and a middle water level detection means 17 which is turned ON over a specified middle water level higher than the low water level and a high water level detection means 18 which is turned ON over a specified high water level higher than the middle water level. A water supply means 9 is opened so as to fill up water in a circulation line 10. The end of water filling in the circuration line 10 is determined based on an added up flow rate detected from a point of time when the middle water level detection means 17 is turned ON up to a point of time when the high water level detecting means 18 is turned ON and a specified differential water quantity in the tank 11 at the middle water level and over and the high water level and below. This construction makes it possible to fill up water surely in the circulation line.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce energy loss by controlling a circulating flow rate based on a difference between an inlet water temperature and a warm-keeping set temperature. CONSTITUTION:When a circulating water temperature is increased by combustion in a burner 3 and the absolute value of a difference between a warm-keeping set temperature and an inlet water temperature has become a second predetermined value or less, the burner 3 is put off and warm-keeping operation is continued for a given period of time set by a timer in a CPU 14. When a difference between the warm- keeping set temperature and the inlet water temperature is lower than a first predetermined value, the flow rate is not regulated and combustion is not started while a condition is retained as it is for a given period of time set in the timer. When a given period of time has elapsed under a condition that the absolute value of the difference between the warm-keeping set temperature and the inlet water temperature is lower than the second predetermined value, a water amount servo valve 13 is controlled to retain the amount of circulating water in a second set flow rate lower than a first set flow rate whereby the amount of dissipating heat from a piping is reduced and the working amount of the circulating pump is reduced. According to this method, energy loss can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce energy loss by reducing a set temperature automatically when the using frequency of hot water is low while a circulating pump is put ON/OFF. CONSTITUTION:When the stopping condition of supplying hot water is elapsed for a predetermined period of time, a controller 13 effects save operation, circulating hot water while reducing a warm-keeping set temperature by a predetermined value. When the stopping condition of hot water supplying, in which a hot water supplying cock 24 is being closed until a time when the save operations of a predetermined time are finished, is continued, the hot water supplying cock 24 is decided that it is not opened for a long period of time and circulating and warm-keeping operation is stopped. Accordingly, the circulating and warm-keeping operation in accordance with the employing frequency of hot water supplying can be effected. In this case, the circulating and warm-keeping operation, in which a warm-keeping set temperature is high, is effected when the employing frequency of hot water supplying is high to permit the tap-controlled supplying of high-temperature hot water while the warm- keeping set temperature in the circulating and warm-keeping operation is reduced when the frequency is low whereby unnecessary combustion is restrained. According to this method, energy loss can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To restrict a consumption amount of gas under an anti-freezing mode for a hot water circulating type heating device and to prevent a problem of forming dew at fins of a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:In the case that a water temperature (th) within a hot water circulation passage 12 is not higher than a surplus heating prevention temperature (t2) and an inner timer 36 is timed up irrespective of the fact that a combustion control under a supplying of a minimum small amount of gas required for preventing a freezing is continued for a specified period of time T0 at a controller 38, the controller part 38 releases a small amount combustion control, proportionally combustion controls of a gas burner 16 with a predetermined temperature higher than the surplus heating preventing temperature (t2) being applied as a target value, and a water temperature in the hot water circulation passage 12 is forcedly increased up to the surplus heat preventing temperature (t2). With such an arrangement, a fine volume combustion control is prevented from being continued for a long period of time.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent worsening of combustibility due to the influence of a feed air temperature by a method wherein a discharge cylinder and a feed cylinder are formed in a double-pipeform manner, the number of revolutions of a fan is stepwisely increased from low rotation to the predetermined number of revolutions responding to a combustion amount and is finally controlled to the predetermined number of revolutions. CONSTITUTION:A feed cylinder 7 is concentrically located outside an discharge cylinder 6 to form a double-pipeform feed and exhaust cylinder 8. The optimum number of revolutions (stable combustion state) of a fan 9 responding to a combustion amount G of a burner 4 is predetermined as the predetermined number of revolutions. When ignition is detected, a combustion amount computing means 24 computes a combustion amount, and a clock pulse generating means 19 is actuated. A first number of revolutions set means 18 outputs the predetermined number of revolutions responding to a combustion amount, a second number of revolutions set means 20 outputs the set number of revolutions according to an output pulse from a clock pulse generating means 19, and a fan 9 is controlled to the set number of revolutions outputted from the second number of revolutions set means 20. When a feed air temperature during the initial stage of ignition is low, the number of revolutions is gradually increased from low rotation to prevent lifting of flame.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow high-temperature cleaned hot water to be instantly supplied from a water tap faucet without reducing the life of a water-purifying filter material, and to remove chlorine at a water supply stage from the water tap faucet in a chlorine- containing state during circulation heating. SOLUTION: Inflow from an inlet pipe 11 is heated by a water heater 2 and high- temperature water is supplied to a hot water outflow pipe 12. High-temperature water supplied into a gap section 36 of a water-purifying device 3a from a hot water inlet 33 is returned from a second hot water outlet 35 by the operation of a circulation pump 142 for flowing to piping 14, and is returned to the water heater through a water inlet pipe for reheating. During such a circulation heating, high-temperature hot water is not permitted to pass the water-purifying filter material 32, and at the same time the water-purifying filter material is heated by high-temperature hot water in a gap. When a high-temperature hot water outflow water tap faucet 4 is opened during circulation heating, high-temperature hot water in the gap passes through the water-purifying filter material, contained chlorine is removed for the first time for purification, and high-temperature purified hot water after purification is outputted from the high-temperature hot water outflow water tap faucet through a first hot water outlet 34 and a hot water outflow connection pipe 13.
