The information provision system transmits guidance information on service content to be provided by radio communication means to a prescribed range. The portable terminal determines whether personal information to be provided to the information provision system needs to be newly generated on the basis of the received guidance information, and requests the management server to transmit the personal information to the information provision system on the basis of a result of the determination. The management server transmits passer-by information generated on the basis of the transmission request information and the user information, to the information provision system. The information provision system outputs output data in an output format determined on the basis of the received passer-by information.
