    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off a battery circuit, suppress the battery from generating heat so as to secure the safety of the battery by providing an electrically conductive high molecular layer between a positive pole layer and positive pole electric collector so as to quickly increase the resistance of the conductive high molecular layer and also to increase a battery internal resistance. SOLUTION: A positive pole layer 2, an electrically conductive high molecular layer 3 and a positive pole electric collector 4 are laminated sequentially on either one of a separator holding electrolyte or a solid electrolyte 1. While, on the other hand, a negative pole layer 5 and a negative electric collector 6 are laminated in orders. Hereat, the conductive high molecular layer 3 is formed in such an optional material in which its electric resistance rises to much extent above a certain electric potential and its thickness stays normally in a range from 0.01 to 40μm. In this case, if the thickness is less than 0.01μm, the insulation between the positive pole layer 2 and the electric collector 4 becomes insufficient and if it is more than 40μm, the resistance of the conductive high molecule, during normal electric discharge, causes an increase in the internal resistance, the thickness is assigned to a value within this range. Polyaniline is preferable as an example of the electrically conductive high molecule.
