    • PURPOSE: To impart excellent press formability and bulging property by controlling the shape and coverage of plating crystal grains to be formed at the time of forming galvanizing layers on an aluminum alloy plate. CONSTITUTION: The crystals of the galvanizing layers are formed in a granular form and the coating area thereof is confined to . The ratio of the height and width of these grains have the form of height/width = 1/20 and the coverage on the surfaces of the aluminum allay plate is specified to 5 to 70% by forming the grain shape of 0.1 to 50μm in the spacings between the respective grains. The coating surfaces of the plating may be on both of the front and rear of the aluminum alloy plate or on one surface and may be preferably on both front and rear in terms of formability. The plating layers are formed by subjecting the aluminum alloy plate to an electrochemical anode treatment with an energization quantity of 1 to 100c/dm , then subjecting the plate to electroplating for a higher effect. Any methods are adoptable for the electrochemical treatment method, insofar as an electrochemical anode reaction is effected on the surfaces of the aluminum alloy plate and the prescribed current quantity is assured by such methods.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength steel sheet for hot dip galvannealing with a composite structure which improves the defect in appearance after the shaping of a high strength hot dip galvannealed steel sheet with a composite structure composed of a ferritic structure as the main phase, and usable as an automobile outer panel, and to provide a galvanized steel sheet.
      SOLUTION: Disclosed is a steel sheet for hot dip galvanizing having a composition comprising, by mass, 0.02 to 0.3% C, 0.1 to 2.0% Si, 1.0 to 3.0% Cr, ≤0.02% P, ≤0.02% S, ≤0.014% Al and 0.001 to 0.008% N, and also satisfying 2.5≤1.5Mn%+Cr% and 4.1-2.3Mn%-1.2Cr%≤Si%, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. If required, one or more kinds selected from 0.01 to 1% Co and 0.01 to 1.5% Mo are further incorporated therein.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet which inhibits the generation of a streak pattern and is excellent in adhesiveness of the plated film, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.
      SOLUTION: The hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet uses a base material of the steel sheet comprising, by mass%, 0.0001 to 0.015% C, 0.001 to 0.3% Si, 0.01 to 1.0% Mn, 0.001 to 0.1% P, 0.0001 to 0.015% S, 0.005 to 0.1% Al, 0.0005 to 0.007% N, 0.001 to 0.1% Ti and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities, and has a plated layer comprising, by mass%, 5.0 to 20.0% Fe, 0.01 to 0.5% Al, 0.01 to 10% Ni and the balance Zn on the surface of the base material. The base material of the steel sheet contains 0.01 to 13 mass% Ni by an average content in a region of 10 μm from its surface layer, and has 5 grains or less per 1 mm
      2 by density of non-recrystallized ferrite grains in the surface layer.
