    • PURPOSE:To provide a coal gasifier whereby gasification can be conducted stably at high efficiency, and the heat-up operation can be accomplished at low cost. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously with the start of the gasification, a compressor 12 for formed gas is started to pass a char-conveying gas (formed gas) 18 through a pipe 18'. The temperature of the formed gas at the exit of the compressor 12 is as high as 300-350 deg.C. A stop valve 20 of a heat-up device is opened, and part of the char-conveying gas (formed gas) 18 is sent as a formed gas for heat-up through the route of a char recovery pipe 18' to a heat-up pipe 19 and then to a heat-up nozzle 21, injected into a discharge valve 24 provided on the bottom of a recovery hopper 9 and evaporated to scatter drain 1 accumulated on the lower part of the recovery hopper 9. Also drain (a) adhering to the inside surface of the recovery hopper 9 is allowed to evaporate. The formed gas 23 for heat-up is sent from the recovery hopper 9 to a cyclone 8 to evaporate the drain adhering to the inside surface of a pipe at the lower part of the cyclone 8, then combined with a formed gas 16 leaving the gasifier 1 and led downstream.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause mixed gas always fluidized to be supplied into the gasification furnace even if a load in a coal gasification furnace is varied, further a stabled combustion to be attained and a high efficient gasification operation to be maintained by a method wherein a transferring tube nozzle can be moved in response to a height of a fluidized bed to a position where a superior fluidized state in the fluidized bed is attained. SOLUTION: Transporting gas 18 is supplied from a lower part to a coal fluidized bed 20 fed into a fine powder coal chamber, a position of a transporting tube nozzle 12 opened into the fluidized bed 20 at a powder particle distributor of a coal gasification furnace for feeding coal into the gasification furnace through a transporting tube nozzle 12 opened into the fluidized bed 20 can be moved in a vertical direction in response to the height of the fluidized bed 20. As means for allowing the position of the transporting tube nozzle 12 to be moved in a vertical direction in response to the height of the fluidized bed 20 and for allowing a position of the transporting tube nozzle 12 to be moved in a vertical direction in response to the height of the fluidized bed 20, there are provided a differential pressure meter 25 for detecting a differential pressure between an upper part and a lower part of the fluidized bed 20, and a driving device 23 for moving a position of the transporting tube nozzle 12 in a vertical direction in response to a differential pressure detected by the differential pressure meter 25.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a fluidized bed burning furnace in which fluidized formation is not prevented by permitting metals to be accumulated on a porous plate in a fluidized bed burning furnace in which car shredder dust is fluidized on the porous plate by burning air and is burned. CONSTITUTION:A porous plate 3 of a fluidized bed burning furnace is disposed slantingly so as to be lowered at the left and an extraction pipe 19 communicates with the lower end of the porous plate at the left side. An L valve 20 is provided at the lower end of the extraction pipe 19, and L valve driving gas 22 is fed through the valve 21. A foreign matter separator 23 is coupled with the lower portion of the L valve 20 and carrying medium gas 24 is introduced through a screen 26. Foreign matter 18 such as metal included in shredder dust which is produced by burning the car shredder dust in a fluidized bed burning furnace 5 is accumulated on the porous plate 3, but is accumulated at a lower portion of the slope because of inclination of the porous plate 3 and is supplied to the L valve 20 located at the lower portion of the extraction pipe 19. Thus, the valve driving gas 22 is supplied and hence a predetermined amount of foreign matter is permitted to flow into the foreign matter separator 23.

    • PURPOSE:To store pulverized coal in a hopper in a state that coarse pulverized coal collected by a cyclone is not separated away from pulverized coal collected by a bag filter, uniform specific gravity is provided, and a fine particle pressure at the outlet of a hopper is well balanced. CONSTITUTION:Coarse pulverized coal 2a in coal 2 crushed by a crusher 1 is collected by a cyclone 3 and charged in a storage hopper 5 through a pipe 4. Meanwhile, pulverized coal 2b in the crushed coal 2 is collected by a bag filter 6 and charged in the storage hopper 5 through a pipe 7. In this case, the charge opening ends 4a and 7a of the coarse pulverized coal charge pipe 4 and the pulverized coal charge pipe 7 are concentrically arranged in a state that the former is situated at the outside and the latter at the inside, and connected to the central part of the upper part of the storage hopper 5. This constitution causes the pulverized coal 2b dropped from the inside to drop in a mixed state while being wrapped with the coarse pulverized coal 2a dropping in an annular shape from the outside and effects accumulation in such a way that the center of the hopper 5 forms the apex of the angle of repose.

    • PURPOSE:To make a particle size uniform, to obtain only fine powder, to eliminate nonuniform deposition in a vessel, to make the flow of particles stable and to prevent clogging of a pipe by delivering only the fine powder of which the diameter of the particle is a specified dimension or below. CONSTITUTION:A classifier 5 is provided on the downstream side of a pulverizer so that only fine powder of which the diameter of the particle is 0.5mm or below be supplied. Thereby nonuniform deposition is prevented in each vessel and a steady particle flow is brought forth. Besides, a temperature-adjustable heat exchanger 9 is provided in a receiver vessel 8. Thereby the particle temperature can be adjusted to be a temperature suitable for fluidization and the flow of particles inside a supplying device is made smooth. Since all the particles are dried sufficiently equally, they do not stick on the wall of the device. Moreover, a check box 30 is provided in a piping 25. Accordingly, a back flow is checked and the fine powder is prevented from being sent back to a supply terminal 26. By providing the supply terminal 26 in a fluidized bed 29, besides, execution of solid-vapor separation supply is enabled, long-time stay of the fine powder in the fluidized bed is enabled and thus the efficiency of a fluidized bed boiler is improved.
