摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll box pallet having a loading plate configured so that different material composing the loading plate can be separated and discard when the loading plate is broken or deformed, or when a roll box pallet itself is broken.
SOLUTION: The roll box pallet includes a rear frame, side frames mounted on either side of the rear frame, and the loading plate turnably mounted on a lower end of the rear frame. The loading plate is formed by detachably combining a frame body with a plate. The frame body is composed of a frame and pipes installed inside the frame. The plate is a rectangular flat plate with an upper face having small holes, wherein grooves into which the frame of the frame body is inserted are provided on a peripheral edge, and wherein notches in which the pipes of the frame body are fitted are provided in a reinforcement rib provided between opposed grooves. The frame body is made of metal, and the plate is made of synthetic resin. The notches are formed in circular arc shapes having narrowed openings. The width of the opening is in the range of 75 to 98% of the outer diameter of the pipe, optimally, 80 to 90%.

SOLUTION: The apparel transportation box comprises side walls 2 which are flat rectangular, a top plate 3 attached to the upper ends of the side walls, a bottom plate 4 attached to the lower ends of the side walls, and a rodlike member 5 for hanging hangers on. Openings are made in the central parts of the one pair of opposite side walls 2, and doors 26 and 27 which are freely opened/closed are attached to these side walls 2. The other pair of opposite side walls 2 are freely folded by attaching vertical hinges 21a, 21b, 23b, and 23b approximately in the middle and at both ends, and are formed so that the rodlike member 5 can be attached. In the peripheral edges of the top plate 3 are downward grooves 3a and 3b in which the upper ends of the side walls fit.
