SOLUTION: A yoke 300 is a magnetizing yoke for magnetizing the magnets of a motor, in which the height of the iron core of the motor is L, the number of the pole teeth of the iron core is m, and the number of the magnetized poles of the magnets is n. The helix angle (skew angle) of a pole tooth 310, as seen from the center line O-O, is expressed as: θ=(360/N)×(d/L) where N is the lowest common multiple of m and n above described, and d is the height of the magnetizing yoke. Further, the yoke is formed so that as seen in the circumferential direction, the surface of the pole tooth 310 facing the magnets is close to the magnets at the central portion of the pole tooth and is more located apart from the magnets, as it approaches towards the ends of the pole tooth.
